Re: Another 6910 Steam Wand thread
Well, Sunbeam offered me a courier pickup to take my machine away.
Should hopefully be getting it back later this week.
Will be interesting to see if they have been able to fix/replace the machine.
I have not heard anything from either Sunbeam or the repairer.

Does the steam pump run when switched on?

Re: Another 6910 Steam Wand thread
have a read of this thread (you may have already). My advice there should apply to your situation.
Basically if you have no steam its because 1 of 3 things has died 1) steam switch 2) steam pump 3) mainboard or electrics.
1 and 2 are potential fixes at home, 3 is something to send to sunbeam. If youve only had it for about a year Id send it back to Sunbeam for them to cover under warranty.

Another 6910 Steam Wand thread
I have had my 6910 for just on a year now and have had the steam wand just stop working.
I contacted Sunbeam today and they emailed me a guide on running both the steam wand and hot water to remove any air which may be blocking it, but that didnt make any difference.
I also asked if they had a repairer here in Canberra, but unfortunately they said the closest one was in Batemans Bay.
Is there other things I can try to fix the steam wand or am I stuck with having to drive to Sydney or Batemans Bay for someone to look at it?
Any ideas would be great.
