• Cleaning and fixing my Saeco Vienna Deluxe

Hello guys, im new in this forum, i hope ive posted this in the correct place, and i apologize in advance for my english.

I have this Coffee machine with 2 problems,

1° it leaks too much, and by leaking i mean, in a day it fills up the liquid residue container, and no more than 5 coffees are brew in a day, so i was thinking that the red o-ring its the problem, would be ok if i get the group to a rubber place and as for a slightly bigger o-ring ? but ill make sure that it isnt too big so it cant stop the bottom part when the coffee is pressed

2° i choose to use the grinder one number lower than the recommendation that its 7-8, i use it in 6, so i can get a stronger coffee, i believe this makes small particles that "chokes" the metal filters, ive tried to disarm the top part, but the top plastic screw just wont come off, any suggestions ?
Thanks for all.

Here is an image of the parts

Is that #12 in the image, the "plastic screw"?

If so, from memory, it will just pull out. Its a plug with an o-ring, no thread (I think)

how dumb of me, just by googling the plastic screw i saw how it works, all thanks to your info.

ether way, i couldnt pull it out, might be something else i need to do fist, cos i pulled really hard, and i couldnt.

looking the machine closely i found out that the first problem, the leaking part, doesnt come from the big red o-ring, i think its from the smaller ones on the back, the 2 o-ring from that thing that looks like a spark plug, and to fix that it will become very complicated.

      thank m8
