Re: EM6910 Purchased But EM6900 Arrived
If the previous owner has misrepresented the model of the machine (knowingly or unknowingly) then what else have they misrepresented?
I guess it all comes down to how good a bargain you think you got and whether it is worth taking the risk. Youll be up for return postage as well so make sure you factor that in as well.

Re: EM6910 Purchased But EM6900 Arrived
The last 6900s had the new 6910 programming features.
CSers found this out when the 6910s hit the market and 6900 owners experimented.

Re: EM6910 Purchased But EM6900 Arrived
Hi it just means you got an older machine. If it was a good price thats why. Hows the coffee? If it did not have much use it might last a while. Even the 6910s have a huge vareation.Originally posted by 17193C3B3D203C3D530 link=1334139765/0#0 date=1334139765

Re: EM6910 Purchased But EM6900 Arrived
Not sure how to tell the 2 models apart, but if it was advertised as a 6910 and you received a 6900 then I would contact the seller and state that you have not been supplied the product you purchased, and seek a refund/replacement or whatever you actually are seeking to rectify the issue.
Cheers

EM6910 Purchased But EM6900 Arrived
I just purchased an EM6910 off ebay for a good price. However it appears that I have ended up with an EM6900 - apparently not as good. The back cover has EM6900 Type 619 stamped in the back.
After a bit of playing around it appears that I can use the Advanced programming features to change the steam temp, water temp and steam wetness. Although I thought the EM6900 model couldnt do this. Now I am confused.
Should I bother asking for my money back?
and yes I am a coffee Novice, so please be kind.
