Gday,
Ive just changed my group head seal today, for the first time. I have had my Sunbeam 6910 for a year and a few days. So today I changed the seal. It was very easy to do...but I have the following issue and questions:
- After replacing the seal, why does it lock back firmly into place at between 5 oclock and 4 oclock? As oppose, to being firm at about 6 o’clock. It feels a bit firmer, around the six oclock mark but then I find more give. Back to where I said above. Is this normal? Do I need to check something?
- Cause it was initially firm at about 6 oclock I decided to pour a test shot...it was ok. There was a steady small flow of water, from the back and front of the group head. So, I have done a few more test shots, locked around to my normal position - they seem fine/ok. The last one had a tiny bit of water come from the group head, at the front of the end of the pf. Advise?
So...some advise would be great. I know the new seal was good/necessary but it was all in all a bit frustrating!
Thanks
Chris
