Hi,

I have a Silvia/Rocky combo. I recently bought a synesso basket.

I put about 25-27g of beans in the basket and it sits about 3-4mm from the top.

In other peoples experience is this to much beans?

Also given the greater size of the basket, am I still aiming for 60ml in 25seconds?

as a side note my crema dissipates quickly (8day old beans from bean bay)
