  • IS there a doctor in the house??? Silvia malfunctioning- PID errors- super high temps

I have just moved to Adelaide and am looking for advice on where I could have Silvia fixed.
I bought the machine second hand some 6 or 7 years ago and it has never missed abeat until recently it would just wildly overheat!
I pressed to resent button but have had to do that each time and the PID it came with displays inaccurate temps and sometimes random symbols.
Where would be the best place in Adelaide to have her seen to?
I guess I could take it anywhere but I am living in Happy Valley.
    Thanks
    rayzurhed

      Slightly different weather to Tassie!

If it was me I would take it to site sposnors
      http://coffeesnobs.com.au/sponsors/2...-services.html
      113 Melbourne St,
      North Adelaide

I know they do a great job on Fiefy's gear in her cafe and plenty of CS'rs in Melbourne and Adelaide have had great service from them too.

Hear what you say Andy, the place I mentioned is much closer to Happy Valley, in fact you drive right past it to get to Nth Adelaide.

Sure, my post wasn't based on geography.
One company I know, like and trust, the other diddled me.

Fair enough, I see your point.

Dunno what it is with some mobs....

We recently sold a roaster to a new venture in the burbs of Melbourne. The bloke rang me with at short notice at the 11th hour pre-xmas to ask if I could help him out with some contract roasted browns (circa 55kg)- for the cafe that was opening over that weekend (weird time if you ask me). I agreed and he requested 7 days- which I granted based on our existing sale...

I'm still waiting for 50% of the payment which has been promised "tomorrow" on about 5 separate occasions now... Stay tuned for an outing. Hate dishonest people
