Brugnetti Pressurestat

I`m looking for the pressurestat on my simona top. From pictures i`ve seen it has been in front of the water tank, mine does not have one there, There is a how ever an adjustable pot on top of the boiler with + & - on it .I've attached a photo of the machine if some one can clue me in

Yes that's the pressurestat. The + and - would be indications of which way to turn the small screw to change the pressure cutoff point (i.e. turn to the + to increase the pressure and towards the - to decrease the pressure.)
