Quaha Napoletana needs some TLC. To fix or to sell?

Hi everyone,

I've recently been given a Quaha Napoletana II by the owner of the place I'm working at. Grinder works great, pump works, but machine doesn't seem to heat up correctly. Coffee is sour and definitely less than warm (but looks mouthwatering, which is frustrating!)

Would like to get it fixed if possible - is it worth it? If not I'll probably sell it to someone as a project or for parts.

Can anyone please advise on the best thing to do with it? I'm on the Gold Coast if that helps.
