I need to know who has a screen and a shower plate? The unit came with a Pod adapter head. I also would like to know if someone has the right porta filter for this unit. I am in washington. The unit was hardly ever used, but there is black tiny grinds and or debris, which comes out when I let additional water come out of the group. I will probably need a backflush plate and any advise would be fantastic.

thank you Barry...I have sent them an email, but we will see how it goes.....I have also added some pictures ,as this machine had a adapter for pods and I am converting it over to ground coffee....so am also unsure all the parts I could need.
