Seeking naked portafilter for La Pavoni Europiccola

Hi all,

I've got a fairly recent Europicolla and I'm having trouble sourcing a naked portafilter. Does anyone know of a good source? Otherwise, anyone that is good with their hands have any quick tips to chop my existing stock portafilter down?
