ECM Classica 2 PID pressure drops

Hello,

I have a brand new ECM Classica 2 PID and followed the installation description perfectly. When I make coffee, the pressure drops from 9 to 3 bar and does not increase. After my first cup it does not increase also, so the pressure stays 3 bar...

Ideas? Thanx in advance
