Other than removing the base and cleaning/drying up the moisture, has anyone done any mods to prevent the moisture remaining? Ie; ventilation holes?

Looks like I'm the only one with the moisture in the base problem.
Anyhoo, I thought I'd share the solution to my problem in case anyone out there is interested.
I have removed the rubber base and made a base out of hardwood that elevates the machine a little to allow airflow under the base.
Seems to be working well so far.
