
Either of the Lelit machines you mention are capable of producing 4-5 coffees in a short space of time. Given that the latter is a Dual Boiler and the former a Dual Purpose Single Boiler, different technique will apply for the PL41TEMD if all of the drinks are going to be 'milk coffees'.
I never found the 57mm Group Handle/Filter Basket to be an issue at any time. The basket supplied with this machine is top quality and I could never imagine that a different basket would provide better results in the cup. The PL60T V2 offers a more flexible and user friendly experience by virtue of it being a Dual Boiler machine but the results in the cup would be so similar to the PL41TEMD as to be indistinguishable for 98% of users...
