In my experience with the Domus I recall that the steam pipe comes off the top of the boiler. In order to get too much water to run out of the steam outlet I think the boiler might be overfilled.
if the water was too cold I wonder if it would be under enough pressure to be pushed out the steam pipe? Is your Domus the one with the autofill function?
Can you hear the pump run while you are trying to stream?

Going to have to find the boiler pressure or temperature. But it sounds like its not hot enough

Water in the steam - LaCimbali Domus
I've been using my LaCimbali Domus for at least 20 years.
Today it has decided to add water to the steam coming out of the wand. I have descaled and cleaned, but it is still happening. This isn't just a bit when I first turn on the steam, it is continual, with plenty of steam as well.
I would be appreciative of any suggestions of what might be going wrong here.
