    No mate, the water temperature of these models is 'fixed' via the use of thermostats.
    The only way to vary the brew water temperature is by flushing more or less water through the Group.
    A PID Controller can be fitted to practically anything. Best bet would be to talk to Charlie at JetBlack Espresso...

    I have just purchased a 3 month old Lelit PL042EMI It was purchased new from Coffee Machine Specialist in Brisbane. The previous owners have moved on to a larger dual boiler machine, as this Lelit wasn't fast enough to keep up with large groups when they entertain.

    I have the manual, and I can't see any means of adjusting the water temperature for this model. Is this the case? If so, is it possible to have a PID controller installed in this model?
