I have searched this site and takenthe recommendation to get a Sunbean EM0480 grinder and ditch my Breville Bar Aroma. I watched an instore DVD on how to dose the PF, did what was suggested and voila, crema from the single floor basket. The milk frothing is still a bit fluffy but I can overcome that with practice.
The DVD showed the PF being filled from the EM0480 and when almost full, it was tamped lightly to level off before adding more grounds then tamped again and some more added. Then a final tamp omthe edge of the bench and hey presto SF Basket and crema. Yaayy

) would be to pull a few more shots following the advice others have already given and see if the situation improves. If not, call Sunbeam! Oh, and let the machine warm up with the PF in loosely for at least 15 minutes - this seems to soften the GH seal a bit.
