    Thats excellent news Brian!

Pedro is a nice guy and has helped many a CSer on "how to..." projects.

thanks dennis--i took it apart and was happy to find a gasket had split (overtightning perhaps)
so the people at coffee parts are sending one out--even gonna send a spare one when i said i was a c/s member how good is that.
i think that should fix it

    oh, thats disappointing brian.

there is a pretty good description here on how to disassemble, complete with pics that may help you decide if you want to tackle this yourself (scroll down a bit)...

Oh, and I believe you can get what you need (o-rings and washers) through coffee parts.

started a topic silvia steam knob

    silvia steam knob

anyone seen this maybe---silvia steam knob untightens itself when not in use BUT now i cant tighten it up enough to stop steam coming out when it is fully tight and all the way in
is there anywhere i can get a service done i live in shellharbour so sydney may be the nearest place i suppose.
If its not to hard i will fix it myself rather than post it away and wait for a ten minute fix but i wont pull it apart and make guesses
any help will be greatly accepted

    cheers brian
