Baz, Im not sure how they were making the coffees at your old work, but unless they had a well trained barista, fresh beans, grinder and good equipment, I would suggest you should be able to get even better results than what youve had in the past if you get these factors right. Its a bit of a learning curve, but youve had a taste of whats possible so itll just be a matter of time. Plus <adopts big happy family expression> were all here to help </expression>
