Had the EM6910 now for 14 months and has been going well, despite a problem with the steam dial/switch failing. This was repaired under warranty and all good.
Have had to move my PF gradually to the right over time to keep the tight seal. A few times lately it has leaked, so thought probably time to replace the seal. Went to have a look by taking out the old seal and the screw was really tight. A couple of slips with the scewdriver and now things are really bad as the head of the screw is stuffed!
Anyone had experience with getting a dodgy screw off and replacing it? I guess I will have to take in to an agent and expend some $$ for their expertise ...
