    Worked perfectly! Thanks.

For the record... in the process of fixing this, I discovered:
    • The pressure gauge has a 1/8" BSP thread which was difficult to detach from the hex bush below it. Working it backwards and forwards with 14mm open-enders got it apart.
    • You could probably replace the gauge with any ordinary industrial gauge
    • The hex bush has a M12x1.0 thread into the top of the sight glass housing
    • When putting it back together, tighten the lower bush against the sealing washer first, then apply thread sealant to the gauge threads and screw down until it's almost tight. Stop when the gauge is facing the right way and let the sealant cure.

The outer chrome bezel holds the lens in place, it just pulls off, but can be hard to get started. It may be easier on the machine, i just usually use a large flat blade screw driver and lever from the bottom (careful not to damage the bezel) After you get it off, just push the needle back on at zero, clean the lens and re-assemble

I can't see how to get the window off to put it back. Any thoughts?
