Hello,
The other day it seemed my EM7000 let out a great bang just as it started up, but I was puzzled since there was no electrical or burn smell, and it appeared to be working just fine.
Just when I'd decided it must have been a bird crashing into the nearby window I discovered that the steam wand was not working. Pulling it apart revealed that the internal hose that connected the steam pump to the adjusting control had burst.
Seems a pretty straightforward replacement, but I haven't been able to find the part. Can someone suggest where I can get a replacement hose and associated little brass component?
Thanks,
Ken
