Yes l am being very careful and understand the hazards of the live board. It seems a new board can be had for $60 but wouldn’t see one for a week or two. The 23v is AC.
The machine is 7 years old and been great except for a few hoses that I replaced a few years back. We are on tank water which probably helps prolong the life of the machine. Have been looking for a 2nd hand machine for parts but nothing in my area unfortunately, would be great to have a few spares. Overall I think it’s worth fixing but don’t want to invest large amounts of money otherwise I will buy a new one. The only problem is what to buy to replace it?
Really like the way this operates, quick to use and make a coffee.

What would a second hand machine be worth?

There was a free one in SA back in Aug. They often get thrown out or given away when they stop working as repairs can be costly. "Buy, sell, swap" can be another source.

So after waiting nearly three weeks l get my PCB and find they sent me the wrong one, idiots.
tried to buy a used EM7000 for $50 and gets sold on me, really hate dealing with people on market place?
Then today the right PCB shows up and gets fitted. Working great then pops the hot water hose. After struggling with that we are now back in action.
Thanks to everyone for there help, cheers☕️

Glad to hear you eventually got it going but sorry you had so many dramas along the way. Thanks for letting us know.
