Ouch that is rough, if the machine is only a year old it has been flogged.

If that is from a retailer I would be threatening asking for a part refund or placing a chargeback. If it was from eBay you could lodge a dispute and negotiate a refund or partial refund.

Facebook/Gumtree prob a lost cause, but you could ask the seller to come to the party or return for a refund.

To me, those terms would be reserved for a unit that was unboxed, used a few times but was highly polished with barely a smudge mark on it i.e. it looks like a demo unit. Clearly, given the photos above, that is not the case. With a good clean up, perhaps "very good condition" would pass muster.
Hi m8, appreciate your input, opinion and advice. ))

    Condition of machine to sell

Hi coffee snobs, want to know your personal opinion on the “condition” of this particular gaggai classic pro machine if I was to offer it for sale. It’s less then 1 year old and has little use. Would “as new” be a fair and reasonable description??
