HB was going to be my next port of call. I didn't get any replies last time I asked a question on that forum. But will give it a go.

My best response S_U would be - spilt the issue.
Parts try Pedro at CoffeeParts first.

As far as a knowledge base I would think try a PM to CS'ers erstwhile lever man ....IamOiman.
Even tho he's U.S. based and time difference adds a layer of complexity.

I'll keep reading along with interest.

    GL !

There are a few threads on restoring these machines on Home Barista (one as recent as 2019). The guys who posted in those threads are still active, and might at least be able to tell you how to open them up. The boiler gasket seems rather non-standard. I recall that Rick Bond sold a restored Brunella on here about 10 years ago, but he might not be so easy to get a hold of.

    Bruni Brunella lever machine disassembly

I have an old Bruni Brunella lever machine that needs a good clean and to have it's seal replaced.
On Francesco's website there is some information and a lot of photos but not any instructions that I could find.
    Nothing at orphanesspresso either.
Does anyone know how to disassemble these?
Or at least replace the seals?
Does anyone know where I can buy seals or if other lever machine (La Peppina, Caravel??) seals fit?
    Thanks

Working...
