EM6910... single espresso button does not work.

There are plenty of posts on removing the top cover but not too sure about videos. Sorry I can't point you directly to any but should not be too hard to find with a bit of reading in this section. Once you get the top cover off the switch board it is easy to remove and test the single cup brew switch with a multi-meter if you have access to one, or you may be able to swap it out with another board. You may be able to source a second-hand one or just change the switch if you have some experience with electronics and soldering. These switches are quite common but are a bit fiddly to remove without damaging the tracks on the board. Switch failure would be the prime suspect but there is also a slight chance that the problem is in the plug and wiring back to the control board, or even the control board itself (not very likely). I would be happy to give you a hand if you are nearby in SA (PM)

EM6910... single espresso button does not work.
I don't know if anyone still has it....but I have had it since Jun 2014 and It has been working well... never giving any trouble. I have one cup of coffee a day. Love it.
Until recent.. I found the single espresso button does not work. It actually happend like couple month ago. But I just use double expresso button instead.
Today I planed to descaling, but I could't because it requiers to press single and double espresso buttons and press power button to start the process...
No matter how hard I press that single espresso button, it just does not work. https://photos.app.goo.gl/mTzphv8XxDeTvpJE8
