The last week or so has been getting quite warm in Sydney , Ive had to adjust my Grind on my rocky down 2-3 notches which is quite a large adjustment normally . This reduction in grind has made for some amazing shots brilliant crema .
I guess the only factors that might contribute to this would be the ambient temperature of the grinder and the beans as I always heat the rest of the equipment(portafilter etc ) up to temperature.
Has anybody else noticed this , as well.
