The key is to try as many different varieties as possible. You will develop your own tastes which will be different to the tastes of others. I would try a PNG first. Most internet suppliers will have a variety of the PNG available. It is fairly smooth but has enough punch for milk. Its my favourite and I drink mostly caps. Otherwise I have a found a Mocha/Java blend also works well with milk. Stronger beans like Brazilian Cerrado Deterra I have found are too strong for milk on their own.
