Get the Kony, you know you want it :-) My setup involves putting everything coffee related on an old table. Its currently waiting for a kitchen renovation before its worthy of a photo.

Re: What Coffee Equipment do you all have - Part 2
I have kind of avoided posting to this thread because my coffee equipment has been in a state of flux. I have currently got a friends mini, so I have to decide whether or not to pick up a mini or to bite the bullet and go for a mini E. Of course, then I start thinking "why stop there, theres that kony at work that no-one likes ..."
Were renovating, which means that my coffee annexe had to be moved to the more remote garage, so I decided to be done with it and build a proper (well, IKEA) bench with a built-in knockbox that the doser can hang over, in an effort to keep the mess to a minimum.
So the significant stuff would be:
Maver Makin Espresso (HX Machine)
La Peppina (Old lever machine)
Mazzer Mini
Espro
Coffeelab (x2, but ones on loan)
Pullman (gotta find that; its around here somewhere)
The all-important synthetic bristled wide pastry brush for quick cleaning
About twenty or thirty espresso cups that I collected from bars whilst on a trip to Italy
... and, of course, the cheap neon bar sign from a flea market in Newtown!
Cheers,
Luca

Re: What Coffee Equipment do you all have - Part 2
OK, so I think Ive probably posted 2 setups in this thread since it began.
Here is my current one.
Expobar Minore II
Rancilio Rocky (Doser)
SS draws from Silvia/Rocky combo. Cant bear to part with them. Looking at a way to use with the Expobar. Its a bit deeper, so Im currently looking at getting an appropriately sized block of wood for the back legs to sit on.
Pullman Tamper.
2 sets of cups in normal rotation. Maxwell & Williams white, and glass set (gift).
2 PFs - I standard Expobar, 1 La Morzocco angled.
No single spouts or naked PFs and no burning desire for either at this point.

Being left handed, both setups are very comfortable for me. Too bad about the right handers at work! LOL!

Gday Marky,Originally posted by marky link=1155724732/90#98 date=1171687104Suggestion to the moderators?: Could we have a Post your setup! thread? Pretty please.
I like seeing pictures of peoples setups. Pictures are good because you can see what equipment members have (machine, grinder, tamper, tamping maps, knock boxes, cups and glasses etc...) all in one shot and can see how they arrange it all. I think it is useful for neophytes like me.
That is precisely what this thread is for. We encourage all members to post up photos of their machinations towards coffee addiction but I guess that not everyone has a digital camera ready to hand. Nice photo of your kit by the way

Welcome!
I just missed out on a mazzer mini on evil bay this arvo. It went for 510. The vendor didnt respond to any emails. Otherwise I would have been tempted as he is only around the corner in Pottsville.

Re: What Coffee Equipment do you all have - Part 2
My first CS post. Im an expectent father tonight. Im upgrading from a Gaggia Classic (which will be relocated to the office) to an ECM Giotto Premium, being delivered tomorrow morning. At the risk of being accused of contributing spam, Ive purchased my new baby from **************** It has been great to deal with someone who truly shares the passion. I did a fair bit of shopping around because of the price variability in Giottos and **************** deal was pretty amazing. He is throwing in a couple of bags of beans and is delivering the machine to the inner west of Sydney on a saturday morning! I think that sort of service deserves a plug. I am now saving my pennies for a Mazzer Mini grinder.
