Regarding delivery, I was, and probably will still use Fastway Couriers - my experience with them has been that they are more careful than AU and actually deliver to your door rather than toss the parcel over the fence (sorry, you can probaly tell Im still traumatised).
Thanks to Lucinda (Cindy) for the following suggestion:
In addtion to the above, another option that you might like to take advantage of is for the cups to be bulk-delivered to a CS persons home in each capital City. eg. Dennis for NSW, Cindy for SA, etc. Similar to beanbay though not involving site sponsors.
If anyone would like to nominate themselves as one of these central pick-up points for other States, please let me know!
I can meet people in the city etc, the same set up as Bean bay delivery. This delivery system should save us a bit of money as we spli the cost between a few people.
So rowdee, let me get this right....you are volunteering not to do it? ;D ;D ;D
Just one other thing (not to rowdee, but to everyone else) - if you decide to opt for the bulk delivery, I dont want to be involved in any arguments like "Denniss cups were heavier than mine cause he had tulips and I had espressos".
The cost could always be sorted according to weight eg $1 per kg, or maybe in this case set, similar to what we do in bean bay.
My guess is that a set would way anything between 1 - 1.5 kg. Still makes it cheaper than an express post bag and lowers the risk of them getting broken if all are delivered in a box together.
I would be happy to have the Melbourne stack in my office. Its in Altona North,.. western burbs of Melb,. but literally right on the side of a freeway, and very easy to get to. About 15mins from the CBD. I am here roughly 7:30am til 5pm Mon-Fri.... Thoughts?
