They are in perfect condition, so Im glad I picked them up rather than trust AustPost from what Ive read.
I know youve read this a million times, but thanks for all your efforts.  It was very much appreciated
The NP cups are in the pride of place in our kitchen cafe corner.

Thank you so very much for replacing my Australia Post damaged cups, you went way beyond what I thought would have been a reasonable response - especially since it wasnt your fault.

I have been swamped for a number of weeks... so only just getting back online, and back to coffee snobs.:-/

Received my cups bright and early this morning. Thanks for the nice viet coffee pot too. That would make a good addition to camping trips.

1 cup arrived broken but thats alright, Im pretty happy with having 5 cups, dreaded AU Post. :P

It might help to wrap the bubble wrap around each individual cup and saucer. When I bought my ACF cups from NZ, thats how they did it and didnt wrap the outer box, just secured it with lots of packing tape.
