        2 group?
        3 group?
        4 group?
        Budget?

Also dont forget to ask about a grinder.

More questions, what power restrictions do you have? Do you need high group heads (16oz cups)? Price range? Location (service and maintenance)?

Oh I saw 2nd hand, would run like crazy about putting a 2nd hand machine in a business that relies on the quality and reliability of the machine (unless you know the exact history of the machine). Just my 2c worth.

              Wouldnt need high Group heads.
Price range to a max of around 3Grand.
i was hoping to get a 2nd hand machine just to get my business started and then upgrading a little further down the track
Not sure as yet about power restrictions
Really just trying to find ideas of machines at the moment.
we use san marino at one of the places i work and they are great to work with and seem to keep up with the volume

Re: Best coffee Machine for the job?

On the second hand machine you need to look like the goods as well as producing them. If I was interesting in hiring you and you had some old gear I probably would think I will go with the guys with the nice looking machine (most of your customers will know next to nothing about coffee). So the 2 grand or so you save yourself could mean that your business takes longer to get off the ground and so that is a very expensive cheap machine. However if that is all the budget allows for be careful what you buy.
