    Re: Setting up coffee carts

    Hi and welcome,

just my thoughts but you are better off getting some specialist advice from a generator supplier, the inverter option while possible and it certainly has been done is costly to set up. These guys were always good to deal with http://www.macfarlanegenerators.com.au/contact-us.php

Also where abouts do you live?

hi all... I reaaly need help please...I want to ask this forum to inquire about how to work the coffee machine wega two groups 3700W, grinder, microwave in the van? Ive bought Daihatsu Grand Max van with tail gate, the plan I was eager to make coffee mobile become reality and will run like a dream of mine, but there is always a problem or not sure.. because I do not know how to make coffee equipment is working. I hope so maybe my friends who are here can give me advice that I need and my dream will start running my business oneday Roll Eyes. Ive been looking for some alternatives to the power inverter or generator is using? how does it work? thank you very much ... cheers Roll Eyes
In truth, immediately I didnt understand the essence. But after re-reading all at once became clear."

OK, back on topic. Two alternatives to a big fat generator are:
        1. Gas. Popular in NZ for similar setups, but not so popular here. Not sure why. I have heard of it being done here before.
        2. Deep cycle batteries. Costly, prone to failure. And youd likely have to compromise a lot on things such as fridge and wattage of your coffee machine.

You might want to phone up some places that specialise in caravans/camping type equipment and see what they suggest.
