Press Jar!
Many thanks Ajayro. Id be interested to know if anyone has used one.
I know the 3 minute rule and everything but its just not practical for me to grind at work, even using a hand grinder. With this I could grind some in the Mazzer in the morning and at least take fresh every morning.

Was it a Pressjar?
Pressjar is an Australian invention that was on the ABC New Inventors. It compresses some of the air out of ground coffee to keep it “fresh” and store it. Unlike Vacuvin which sucks the air and flavour out of the coffee.
I don’t think many CoffeeSnobs who grind on demmand will be wanting to store ground coffee for much more than 3 minutes.
Thanks but I dont think it was either of those. From what I remember it was made of clear plastic and I think it sort of pressed down like an Aeropress. I think it was in Februarys edition. I might be wrong, maybe the coffee shop had several copies from different months. Thanks for looking though.
Bean Scene question. Can someone tell me the name of...
a piece of equipment I saw in a Bean Scene magazine while drinking coffee in Doncaster shopping centre.
It was a pressurised container for putting ground coffee in. A smallish container that looked a little like an Aeropress. Ive recently got a subscription to the magazine but it started the month after I saw this piece of equipment.
Id really appreciate it if someone could tell me the name of it.
