Who would have thought... Dec 13, 2002 I posted off the first of what became known as the 'Vanilla' tamper, designed as a retrofit to the Quaha / Imat / Nemox / Lelit range of machine.

Optimistic expectations suggested I might even sell 30 of these. Who would have thought that 10 years on, more than 8000 individually numbered tampers would have gone out worldwide as 'Pullman' tampers. Since then both the Vanilla and its brother the 'Deluxe' have been put out to pasture, with the Barista and the Nexus waving the "Product of Australia" flag to the world.
We've had a lot of support over all those years from CSers, both in product development, alpha and beta testing of new products, and discussions on future design possibilities, so with December 2012 approaching, we thought it appropriate to have a bit of a celebration. Exactly what that entails is still on the cards but at the very least I hope to have a few very special wooden handles made up to commemorate the occasion. I'll post details closer to the time, but I'm always open to ideas!
Thanks for all your ongoing support, and here's to 2022!
