    Re: time for an upgrade?

My thoughts would be to check the prices that the Saeco unit might get by searching on eBay for similar units that are selling/sold.

Let me know in which town you want to get a Jura and well locate the closest outlet for you.

Anecdotally, many of the Jura that we sold in the first few years (weve been selling Jura in Australia since 1999) were sold to people whom have owned a coffee machine before.  Generally they know what the short comings were of their previous unit and then find that Jura have incorporated everything into the one package.

As many will know Jura are priced in the higher range of the auto market but the build quality and feature list do match the price difference.

For a while we were trading-in other brand of machines on new Jura but it got too confusing.  We do do trade-up for our Jura owners whom upgrade to later models.

Hey Krusty- Attilio of Cosmorex supplies NSW and I do Melbourne on behalf of Attilio. Gilkatho (Wayne) is actually in QLD!

Id strongly recommend Jura range- which are a whole heap better in every aspect! As to whether your father-in-law can get a trade in I guess itll depend on whether there is someone who wants one...Perhaps dodgybay??

    Good luck!

    time for an upgrade?

not for me though, my in-laws are thinking about replacing their super-auto.... basically they love it, and wont ever think about getting separates. They love being able to press a button and have coffee. with the amount of friends who drop by too, its a good thing, otherwise they would be spending their time behind the machine.

so the question is, do they need to upgrade? They have saeco grand royal (whatever the model that does milk too), and havent had many problems. purchased it in 2001. about a year ago the electrics went, and it was fixed. (wet cups going on the cup warmer dripped onto the control panel i believe).
so, is there anything worth exchanging to? they think they want the same machine again, just a new one. father-in-law thinks he can get about $500 trade in for it, which is why he thinks he should exchange now.

so, do any of you sponsors deal with super-autos.... i know that gilkatho do, but he is in melb, and looking to keep it local. anyone else?

also, is there any need to exchange? the new saeco is the same as the old one, right?

    thanks,
Working...
