Help! I need some advice!
I am a film producer and I am responsible for organizing the coffee served on set. Film crews are notoriously fickle about their coffee, and the NEED coffee to work.
I don't drink coffee myself, so I have no idea of what constitutes good or bad coffee, and I don't really know how to make good coffee.
So here is my question.
How can I make good quality coffee for 10 - 15 people, using a method which is reasonably quick and foolproof? The junior production assistants have to make the coffee and they are not trained baristas, so a manual espresso machine is not a good option.
Can you give me some suggestions? Is it possible to make good coffee using a drip filter machine if you are using freshly ground and roasted beans?
Many Thanks
