Cafelat Tamper..Which One?

I am looking at getting a 53mm Tamper and have had a look at the Cafelat page but can't decide which one to choose.
I think my first preference will have to be size...small female hands.
Then I can't decide between wooden or rubber handle.
Has anyone had any experiences with the Cafelat Tampers?

I have used the rubber handle version and it feels nice and grippy.

I've the wooden, zebra. Lovely and smooth. A good get for the price, definitely.

re small hands, I have a tamping technique that seems to avoid the height of the handle. Thumb & finger push on the base but my hand sort of surrounds the handle. I'm not pushing from the top of the handle in other words. But if I did, it might be a bit of a stretch. I am after all, shortblackman. And my hands are also small.

I've got the all metal Cafelat drop tamper. Its a nice tamper and looks great but it doesn't really fit into my (smallish) man hands so I also have to utilise a slightly sideways grip as described by shortblackman. I'm not sure that Cafelat works if you want the handle to nestle into centre of your hand. One day when I can justify it, I'm going to spring for a Pullman Barista which seems shorter and chunkier. In the meantime, I'm pretty happy with the Cafelat.

Have a Pullman barista as well cost 3x as much. But a very , very good tamper.
(I use both of them regularly, on different size machines/ baskets).
