    PID - why change settings?

    What would be the effect in the cup/on steaming performance of changing the three parameters of the PID controler?

      If you're not really 'au fait' with process control systems per sé, then I would leave your PID settings where they are...

      Inappropriate playing around can turn a decently performing machine into one that is a literal pain in the butt...
