Interested in some words of wisdom in regards machine cool down processes.
I've got a preference after powering off my machine to open the steam valve to reduce internal boiler pressure on my venerable lever machine.
Im working on the assumption that while the system is designed to operate under pressure it's probably easier on gaskets etc to get the pressure down asap.
The whole process could be my latent OCD kicking in but I've started to wonder if this is good / bad / neutral.
Cheers
