I was also really interested in this.
Thanks Charlie for opening up the thread. I will certainly get in contact with Sean as well.

The ShureShot is still to this day painstakingly hand built in here in Sydney, Australia and still hand built to order. Adding to this, and if you have a look around, the ShureShot timers can be found in a number of renowned Cafes. Further, the interests in the ShureShot have ACE Services now exporting to the world.
I understand there are a number of timer modules that have now been released, I have not tried nor tested them, rather for me what is important is ongoing support and service from someone whom has been working in the industry for a long time and also has a solid background in engineering, design, Manufacturing, Research & development, this proves the product will be properly supported should anything go wrong (within reason), designed and manufactured and tested here in Australia.
I believe ACE Services are currently shifting across to NBN services, hence perhaps some delay in communications, but all my communications are always answered promptly.

Thanks everyone and thanks Sean for the replies.
Yes my enquiry was exactly that one, Sean, and you indeed replied very kindly. Probably, after that, something must have happened to mine or your email because, as you can see from the image below, I sent four more emails but apparently they went lost.
That's all good and no worries, nobody's fault, these things happen. I was only trying to get in touch. I opened the thread because I am very interested in the ShureShot and I think it is really the best you can find
I will certainly send you more info so we can proceed.
Cheers and thanks again.
Charlie

I tried to send you a Private Message EspressoAdventurer, but your inbox is full and can not accept messages. I guess it goes to show that we all are prone to the occasional technical hiccup from time to time?
Certainly not and I (had) thought we were not advertising that number anywhere whilst we initiated the port.Originally posted by EspressoAdventurer View PostAs I Posted prev 029939 6000 is no longer connected.
Folded?
Seattle - Yeap, that was my number when I was in Seattle - as most of our sales (and most of our emulation) comes via Instagram, I try to have that number updated wherever I am in the world. I simply forgot to change it back - so thank you for pointing it out.Originally posted by EspressoAdventurer View PostAs for .... '+1 (206) 2182302, ' where does that number belong.
If the OP is the enquiry I suspect, I responded within 8 hours with my;
1. Skype address
2. WhatsApp address
3. Line address
4. FaceBook Messenger address
5. WeChat address
6. Telegram address
7. QQ address
8. Postal address
9. Mobile Number
What more can I say?
Cheers,
Sean

ACE LM OLED displays
I recently had a LM GS/3 MP conical plumbed-in in my kitchen, and my wife hated original back-lit blue LED display which came with machine. Sean from ACE went out of his way to help out by replacing the unattractive LM back-lit LED display with a superior ACE OLED display. Very grateful to Sean who made late night house calls to supply and fit the OLED display between servicing his commercial clients; Sean is always busy, but always got back to me.
Tried to upload image of ACE OLED display, but not sure it's uploaded properly

Hello All,

Hi guys,
I am not sure what I am allowed to say here, but for a company that can't be found we certainly sell a LOT of Shot Controllers (after all, the ShureShot is much more than simply a "Shot Timer").
Also, plenty of people have managed to find our stuff in order to copy our concept - two of which are mentioned above.
Charlie, I have just searched the entire database and not found an enquiry from you nor any enquiries that we have not responded to.
My standard answer is that if your machine has an electric signal at the start and end of the shot, we can connect to it. If we have not already we will find a way. More than 600 sold world wide gentlemen.
Yes. They are still made in Australia, but as more and more "me too" products come on board, we will have to look at moving it off shore eventually. Our stainless steel case is fiddly and expensive to manufacture (you get what you pay for). ACE was the original and is still the best IMHO.
Appologies for the land line, but we hardly ever use it and I have maintained it for 10+ years purely for sentimental reasons only. I actually commenced porting it to another provider last week in order to try to save some $$$ and bundle it with NBN.
Regards,
Sean

As for .... '+1 (206) 2182302, ' where does that number belong.
Rick Bond AKA the Coffee Machinist is well known here as an absolute Engineering 'Artist'.
I'm not pumping his tyres, but would have no hesitation in engaging his skills.

Not the cleanest looking of timers (not that there is many to choose from!), but looks to do the job, fairly certain it will be significantly cheaper (they are currently $215 USD on sale) than ACE's. ACE's are all aussie designed though, not sure if made in Australia, and being hard wired you will be guaranteed to work time after time, unlike the Luminaire which might be unreliable? Would be great for someone to be the guinea pig!

If you search fully through the net on the 'product name' and the 'company name' you'll find a master home page for this company.
there is a phone number listed.
It is no longer connected.
Not certain what to think of this at present.
