    I also suspect if parts on the pump need replacing, the pump its self may well be reaching the end of its useful life and need replacing.

    I replaced the pump on my Bezzera after approx 7 years, found it was losing it's punch, a new pump made a significant difference.

    Yes it is same old story, up to a point.
    Ulka vibe pumps are well known for their longevity of trouble free service.
    People like Coffee Parts have to invest thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, in their spare parts inventory to service the enormous number of makes and models
    of machines and grinders and other coffee paraphernalia. Sometimes just to sell one item once a year......... or decade.

    Same old story. Part worth a few cents, new pump required. Mind you I’ve had a good run cannibalising
