I have a Mecoffee PID in a Sylvia about 8 months old. It has been playing up from very early on but now is dead and Mecoffee do not reply to emails so I'm a bit stuck.
It was a waste of around 130 Euros as there is no support from Mecoffee.
Have tried to claim via Mastercard but the purchase is too long ago for them to help.
Has anyone got a better way of contacting Mecoffee apart from via their website that they seem to ignore?
Alternatively:
Has anyone got any techy info about the controller? I am an engineer and could fix it but a schematic would help.
