I have recently bought a Cafelat Robot for brewing espresso at work.
I’m enjoying it so much that I’m thimking to buy a second Robot and sell my home machine, a dual-lever Pontevecchio Lusso I bought new about 5 years ago (which I’m happy of).
Am I thinking this straight, or will I regret it?
I would need to complement the Robot with a Bellman milk steamer, introducing more comlpexity, and I suppose that making coffee for 4-6 friends would become less enjoyable. On the other way, I usually brew only 4-8 espressos per day, so the Robot should be ok. But again, most coffees are prepared in pairs, for me and my wife, and they wouldn’t be ready at the same time, which is a plus for me.
As you can read, I am not sure what to do.
Comments? Anyone has gone down down this way?
