    Saw a barista in Italy that was 'dual wielding' 4 portafilters at once for busy espresso mornings... He would whack them in 2 at a time, pull the shot, serve the four espressos, then take all 4 out with both hands and knock 'em. 2 grinders and using the built in tamp. It was lighting fast.

    Could see something similar with this haha

    Wow.
    The article reports the machine having a 9kW boiler. By my calculations, that's close to drawing 40 amps at full bore, something you couldn't run off domestic circuitry. Assuming you would have the >AUD50K to buy and import such a machine, wouldn't it require a mountain of safety certification to run one in a commercial set up?
