  • Pullman Deluxe Tamper 58mm help!

    Hi Coffeesnobs,

    I have been after the Pullman Deluxe Tamper 58mm for a little while, Could you guy please recommend me where to get this one because I have been using at the coffee shop where I work and I love it so much.

    Hi Noop I dont recognise the base as shown in the pic.
    However the handle is similar or same as one of my Pullman tampers.
    This particular handle is a development / prototype or Greg Pullman himself may even let on that
    it is one of the many styles he played with in the early days.
    I say that as I purchased this handle direct from Greg when he was selling off excess stock, as he did from time to time.
    It has a very comfortable feel in my hand.
    I'd hazard to guess looking at that base that it is a development style he worked thru as he worked uptowards what we know as his std versions in later days.

    Suggest you try to make personal contact with the new guys at Pullman tampers and see if they are inclined to want to make you a one off.
    Or they may even have records of the differnet styles Greg developed during his time prior to selling the business circa 2015.

      All our Pullman Tampers are of this style and will have a serial number stamped on top of the tamper, below the handle.
      There may be some who would be willing to sell you one but I will be hanging on to mine - Just in case...
