  • Knock Box Inner for Drawer

I am redoing my kitchen and looking for a stainless steel knox box that we can fit inside a kitchen drawer underneath our ECM machine. I dont want the one that the coffee machine sits on. The coffeemachine will be sitting on a stone bench and I want the drawer separate. Anyone know where I can find one? Wanting something a reasonable size flat and rectangle. We accumulate a lot of coffee pods! ;D

    Gday brigby,

Have you seen the one stocked by our good friends at CoffeeParts near the bottom of the page here? If this isnt what you had in mind, maybe Pedro would be able to steer you in the right direction :-?.....

    Cheers ,
    Mal.

Thanks for that - thats where I started but it has a handle on the front and I only want the inside of the drawer. Am looking into maybe getting one made by a stainless steel cafe equipment manufacturer. Has noone else ever done this!

Hazel has converted a stainless steel bain marie container into a **.
        One of these things.

All she did was add the knocking bar.
        They come in different sizes.
If you are lucky youll find one the right height, width and depth to suit.

Gastronorm trays are very common at catering supply stores. Have a sniff around your local one.

Not everyone is a chef, nunu. :P

TGs bain marie container, pictured above, is a gastronorm tray.

ofc. Just giving them a proper name so when you do rock up to the catering supply store, you know what to ask for.

Sadly, I cant tell what size it is from the picture.

Depending on the size of the drawer, a 1/2 or 1/3 deep would be the answer.
