What is a commercial coffee roastery with out a technical services department? Veneziano does indeed service all kinds of machines, grinders and even the odd domestic machine.
How urgent is the repair? If you can hold off till say the 7th....drop in and I can have a quick look at it and give the technician a more in depth report.
Cheers,
David
Hello, I will relay this to my friend who has the machine. He is going away next week anyway so he is not in a huge rush.

Id start with an email or PM to Talk Coffee or Veneziano, two of our sponsors in Melbourne. I dont think either of them do commercial machine servicing but Im sure either of them would be able to refer you to a reputable professional who does.
Hi guys Im new here and thought this is the best place to start to help out a friend. He has a La Pavoni coffee machine (an older model) that is in need of service. Can anyone recommend someone/company that can go to his place and take a look. He didnt actually buy the machine so he doesnt know much about it, the machine was left on the premises after he took over. He is in Melbourne. It would be a shame not to make use of such a machine. He is prepared to pay for a professional quote to determine the condition of the machine and decide wether to fix it or not.
