Hi Coffee Snobs,
I just bought the classic newbie set-up of a SM2300 Ristretto and SM0480 Grinder.
Got them first hand, bargained them down from $200 & $100 to $160 & $85, I think I did all right.
Now I believe I read on other threads that its worth replacing the boiler-container/chamber-thingy with one from Krups and get a new tamper.
...I have no idea what any of that means, but if anyone could elaborate Id be most thankful. Worth pursuing by someone new to the scene?
Also, does anyone with the same setup have any tips for making a decent cup of coffee with these strange brown bean-like things I bought from Cosmorex?
Cheers

. Before anything else, youve got to have quality freshly roasted coffee and you will certainly have that with Cosmorex Coffee.
