Don’t have that one but have a smart switch (as well as light globes). Can set timers, remotely turn on / off etc. Quite handy. Also they integrate with Alexa / google etc. Many of the wifi smart products can use different apps, not just the native one. I have been using Tuya Smart app with mirabella genio and grid connect stuff. Cheers
From the manufacturer's website it appears that this would work the same as 2x smart switches. The 2x smart switches would be significantly cheaper, even before you include the need for an electrician. The biggest difference would be the profile of the two solutions.
Using one of these would be much neater and a smaller profile. If you don't have the space to plug in a smart switch or two, or smart switches in this location would be too unsightly then this would be a good, if a little more expensive, solution.
