I too have used a Tea for a couple of years now and can say nothing but good things about it. The main difference between the Tea, and the upward isomac models is the boiler size. This equates to larger steaming capacity, and better thermal stability when dealing with large volumes of coffees.
Ive easily run 10-15 shots in a row without noticable changes to the flavour profile of the espresso, though if you were steaming milk for all those coffees i think youd run into trouble.
At your suggested volume I think something like the Tea (matched with a mini or compak k3) would be more than adequate. As would similar genuine e61 heat exchangers (similar wattage/boiler size).
I really dont see a need to go any higher than your current budget, though as you probably know from reading the forums, there is always something else to tempt an upgrade later on
